 Multimedia Design
Businesses understand the power of reaching consumers on more than one level, which is why they invest in glossy four-color catalogs, interactive web pages, and animation-rich CDs. The program in Multimedia Design trains students in a broad range of areas—web design, print media, 3-D modeling and animation, and digital audio and video production—giving them the edge of versatility. All coursework is created to simulate real-world projects suitable for inclusion in a professional portfolio. Special emphasis is placed on the effective integration of sight and sound and the process of creating multimedia presentations from storyboarding techniques to final delivery. General education courses help prepare students to compete in the workforce by strengthening communication and critical thinking skills.
