Recording Arts Program The objective of the career focused Recording Arts program is to prepare students for professional career development opportunities in the audio recording industry. The Recording Arts Program focuses on the use of industry-current digital audio technology, hardware, software and industry standard equipment and studio facilities. Recording Arts will begin by teaching music theory, an essential element in establishing a career in the digital audio production and recording arts industry. Students can then learn how to play the keyboard and read music notations; these courses will further assist them in their career goals to become either a recording engineer or producer. Students can then go on to learn advanced recording and mixing and mastering techniques, as well as the principles of sound design for CD production, film and video, digital audio production, and DVD (Digital Versatile Disks) production. Each class in the Recording Arts Program at International Academy of Design & Technology builds upon the concepts taught in the previous term leading up to a final studio project that will encompass all in which they have been taught in the programs courses and completing their Recording Arts program. Start studying for a career in sound technology and the recording arts. Our Recording Arts program is offered at the following campus: |
